Cops have been called to singer Britney Spears’ home 14 times in the past two years, The California Post can exclusively reveal.
California Highway Patrol officers arrested Spears in Ventura County Wednesday night for DUI just a few months after she was seen driving erratically after a night out. She was reportedly arrested in Moorpark, Ventura County. Spears’ Instagram account was deleted after she was arrested.
Records obtained by The Post show 14 calls to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department made since Jan. 1, 2024.
The most recent call is logged as a trespassing in progress around midnight on Oct. 23, 2025. The circumstances of that call remain unclear.
Another call, for a well-being check, in September 2025, was listed as cancelled.
The month of August saw several calls to the police, including one at the beginning of the month for a trespassing in progress and two subsequent calls listed as follow-ups.
Another well-being check was conducted on July 11 around 1 p.m.
Spears went several months without a call until March 21, which was logged as a silent alarm. In December 2024, cops were called for an audible alarm.
Two well-being checks were logged in November 2024 on the same day, though the latter one was cancelled.
A October 2024 call saw police check out Spears’ residence for a suspicious subject. Two months before that, a call logged as “subject disturbing” came from her residence.
Spears’ residence asked for a deputy in a May 27, 2024 call around midnight, though it’s unclear why. The earliest call listed is a April 11, 2024, communication for an audible alarm around 3 p.m.
The pop singer has been troubled in the past few years as she has struggled with the aftermath of a conservatorship.
